It was incorporated in June of 1975 and conducts its business from its registered head office located in Fuenlabrada, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the sale of the following products: cement, lime, construction sand and gravel, brick, asphalt and concrete mixtures, concrete, stone, and structural clay products. Moreover, the company also sells lumber, plywood, reconstituted wood fiber products, wood fencing, doors and windows and their frames, wood roofing and siding, and other wood or metal millwork. These custom-made products, as well as larger volumes, therefore form an integral part of the company's day-to-day business.
