The company is engaged in the construction, rental and sale of modules. It was founded in 1973 and has its registered head office in the city of Fuenlabrada in Spain. The company's products include movable warehouses, assemblies and modules, grandstands and stages, indoor stands, safety containers, construction site house, ecological toilets and block bathrooms. It has its own fleet of 6,500 modular facilities and 20,000 grandstand seats available for on-the- spot rental: modules for adding onto existing facilities, demountable industrial shop buildings, construction site houses, safety containers, block bathrooms, grandstands, stages and auxiliary elements for events such as ecological toilets. The company offers its customers both its standard products and any customized project with different financing facilities: purchase, rental, renting, leasing, buy with option to sell, rent with option to buy, and international project financing. Over the years, the company has manufactured over 170,000 m2 of modular structures, 500,000 m2 of industrial shop facilities and has accommodated over 3,000,000 people in its grandstands and on its stages. The company distributes its products throughout Europe, North Africa, West Africa, the Middle East and Caribbean countries.
